Apply a small amount (the amount you can apply to the end of a cotton bud) of cavalon ointment to each eyebrow. An individual sachet of this is provided in the aftercare pack.

Cavalon ointment only needs to be applied ONCE, it acts as a barrier ointment over the skin.

Once this has been applied:

Do not touch the area.

Do not wash the area

No facials, botox, chemical treatments or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks.

Avoid long hot showers for the first 10 days.

Avoid sleeping on your face for the first 7 days.

Do not let the area get wet, if it does for any reason, pat dry with a clean tissue.

Do not apply make up or products

Do not apply creams, lotions to the area.

Do not pick, peel or scratch the area.

No saunas, steam rooms or profuse sweating for 7-10 days

All above guidance is to be followed for 7-10 days or for full initial healing to take place.

Long term care:

Avoid using products with active anti ageing ingredients in such a retinols, hyaluronic acids in etc around the area to avoid premature healing.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Sun exposure fades permanent cosmetics. Sun block is advised to be used over the area to protect your permanent make up and prevent fading.

Yearly colour boost treatments are recommended with every area of permanent cosmetics, to keep the look maintained.

*For eyeliner healing, lip healing and saline removal there’s a slightly different protocol to follow*
